Terms of Service — Mia Athletics

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website miaathletics.com and the programs, classes and services offered by Mia Athletics ("Mia Athletics", "we", "us"). By using our website or enrolling a child in our programs you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & parental responsibility

Our programs serve children ages 1.5–12. Bookings, enrollments and account actions on this site must be made by a parent or legal guardian. The booking parent confirms they are authorized to act on the child's behalf and to accept these Terms. A parent or guardian must remain available for the duration of any trial class.

Bookings, trials & cancellations

Trial classes are offered free of charge to new families and are limited to one trial per child unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. If you can't make it, let us know as soon as possible so another family can take the spot.
Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Packages, payments & refunds

Packages, drop-in rates and renewal terms are listed on our pricing page and at the studio. Payments are processed through Square.
Class packages are valid for the period stated at purchase. Unused classes do not roll over after expiration unless otherwise agreed.
Refund and credit decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@miaathletics.com.

Health, safety & conduct

You agree to disclose any medical conditions, allergies or special needs that may affect participation.
Please keep children at home if they have a fever, an infectious illness or significant injury.
Disruptive or unsafe behavior by a child or adult may result in being asked to leave a class or the facility.
Activities at our studio carry inherent physical risk. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Photos & video

We may take photos or short videos during classes for class records and social media. If you do not want your child to be photographed, please tell us in writing and we will respect that preference. Reasonable effort will be taken, but unintentional inclusion in group photos may occur during busy classes — let us know and we will remove the image.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the Mia Athletics name, logo, photography, videos and text — is the property of Mia Athletics or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, distribute or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site (e.g. attempting to access systems you are not authorized to use, submitting false information, or interfering with other visitors).

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The website and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mia Athletics is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in our programs. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
